Salary: $20.00/ Hr

Role and Responsibilities

Focus Point Emergency Management Consulting Services specializes in disaster prevention and emergency management for education institutions, healthcare, faith-based organization, businesses, government agencies, non-profits, families, and individuals.

  • Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant 1-to-3-month project. You will collaborate with the President/CEO on varies projects.
  • Proficient in database creation of information.
  • (Taxes information, checklist for taxes)
  • Gathering of emergency preparedness information for newsletter creation and social media.
  • Business Plan creation and gathering of information.
  • Updating and adding information in mail chimp for newsletter and adding contact names to the list.
  • Creation of annual tax donation checklist.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Other projects/assignments as assigned.
  • Update business information in Planet bid.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Associate of Arts degree in Administration.

Bachelor of Science degree in Administration.

Combination of work experience and education is highly required.

Preferred Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
